S.O.A.K.S.

We are hosting a school bus at the annual S.O.A.K.S. event at Kent Station this year as the culmination of our summer-long school supply drive. Anyone who brings donations of school supplies (or donates cash toward school supplies) will receive double raffle tickets good toward over $3,000 in raffle prizes!

What is S.O.A.K.S.? Summer’s (Almost) Over At Kent Station! Road Runner Sports puts on an Adventure Run the third Thursday of every month from April through October. This year will be the third annual S.O.A.K.S. event which combines the Adventure Run with a street fair. Booths with activities like face painting, hula hoop competitions and martial arts demonstrations will open at 5pm. Participants will receive raffle tickets for every activity. The Adventure Run map will be revealed at 6:30pm at which time everyone is welcome to walk, jog or run to as many checkpoints on the map as they wish, collecting raffle tickets at each stop, until returning to the Kent Station plaza by 7:45pm. Over $3,000 in raffle prizes will be announced and the $1 beer garden will be open. Agave Cocina & Cantina is hosting the family friendly after party where more raffle tickets and prizes will be given.
