Efrain has been working in education roles since 2020 and started his CIS career with CIS Skagit-Whatcom. He is passionate about uplifting youth into finding and developing their own path trough life and uses his life experience to connect with students of all backgrounds and ages.
He loves to cook, skate, and all around develop his passions.
